DIEVAST is becoming DeathLand!

DIEVAST is becoming **DeathLand**! Our apocalyptic survival project has received a new name and will continue its development at **DeathLand.eu**. The game, player progress, multiplayer systems and existing features remain unchanged—only the project’s identity and domain are changing. Welcome to DeathLand. The fight for the last city continues!

geodata

GEODATA AND COLLISION SYSTEM UPDATE The city geodata and building collision system has been upgraded. Building walls are now detected using the real geometry of the 3D city model at the player’s height. This prevents players from walking through most building walls, while roads, crossings, sidewalks and other horizontal surfaces should no longer create invisible barriers. Movement near buildings has also been improved. When the player touches a wall, they can now slide smoothly alongside it instead of becoming completely stuck. The geometry detection system has also been optimized to provide smooth performance on both PC and mobile devices without introducing additional lag. Updated: more accurate building wall collisions; real 3D geometry analysis; roads and sidewalks no longer block movement; smoother movement alongside walls; vehicle and obstacle collisions remain active; optimized for mobile devices; fewer invisible barriers and stuck locations.

HIND Air Strike

DIEVAST v72 – HIND Air Strike Update A fourth weapon has been added: the tactical radio. It can be selected with the mouse wheel, number key 4, or by tapping its icon on mobile. Using the radio triggers military voice communication and a short cinematic sequence before five HIND attack helicopters enter the city. The squadron fires on infected city zones for eight seconds. A successfully completed air strike rewards the player with 700 XP and 450 credits. New registered players and guests now start with 500 rifle rounds, 300 units of flamethrower fuel, five grenades, and three radio calls. One additional HIND radio call can be purchased from the Ammunition Shop for 500 credits. The helicopter system has been optimized: all five aircraft share their 3D resources, expensive shadows are disabled, and the number of combat effects is limited. The complete air-support system is loaded before the player enters the city. Combat security was also updated, removing a stale “Too many actions” block that could prevent players from killing zombies.
